  • How come my device isn't listed on your website?

    UGH the struggle is real. To be honest, we've always used Apple products and we like how they look in pictures :) if you think this is a travesty drop us an email using the contact form beside you and let us know what phone you have and we will see what we can do. No pinky promise though.
  • Does your case provide front and rear protection?

    Absolutely! We use a dual layer case, a rubber inner and the poly-carb outer shell. The case edges protrude above the level of the glass meaning that should you drop your phone on a flat surface face down the case will make contact. However we strongly recommend that you always use a screen protector.  


  • What if my order never arrived?

    Hmm, that's annoying. If you're in the UK and your item didn’t arrive after 7 days please contact customer support using the form opposite so we can arrange a replacement. For international orders please allow up to 15 working days before contacting customer support.

  • How long do international orders take to arrive?

    Worldwide delivery normally takes 6-10 working days.

  • How much do you charge for shipping?

    Inside the UK all shipping is FREE. Everywhere else has a flat rate of £5 and it's FREE international shipping when you spend over £50.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    Yes indeed. If you have a letterbox then we will get our goods to you!

  • How do I change my order after the order has been placed?

    I can’t imagine why you would ever want to cancel?? But sure, as long as Mark hasn’t gone to the post office with your item then a cancellation is fine. Contact us with your order number and we will make you happy again.

  • How do I change my shipping address after checkout?

    Contact us ASAP with your order number and we will get that fixed for you.

  • Do you cover return fees?

    It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of returning an item.

  • Do you accept returns and what's your policy?
